FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We are so excited you will be joining us for the Persecuted But Not Abandoned Conference. We believe that the Lord has set this time aside for you to be awakened and equipped for the times we live in. Making disciples to go and make disciples!
Q – Is there a deadline cutoff for registration?
A – Yes. September 28th will be the deadline cutoff for the registration.
Q – I see that your registration price is $42.00. If I can only attend one day, is there a one-day reduced cost?
A – No. We have done our best to keep the event cost at a minimum, we will not be giving special day rates. $42.00 for 23 years and older will be one price for one day or all of the conference. This also applies to the 14-22 $10.00 youth registration.
Q – Can I register once I get to the event?
A – Unfortunately you must be registered before the event. Since we have a fire code of limited seating, we must have the registration prior to your arrival. (By September 28, 2025)
Q – Will there be onsite food options?
A – There will be coffee, tea, water, snacks always available throughout the day for a small donation. There will also be wraps and soup for the lunch and dinner hours, however, for all of your meals, we have a listing on our lodging and maps page that will give a huge variety of choices for your meals. You will have between 1 ½ – 2 hours during the lunch and dinner hour for your convenience. We encourage you to meet new friends at the event and discover the many different restaurants in the region.
Q – What kind of venue is the event being held at?
A – The conference will be in a community building located in West Unity, Ohio. There is plenty of parking and lighting. Security and medical will be onsite at all times. This event will be at capacity of 300 people. Book tables for the conference speakers will also be part of the event. There will be adequate breaks in between speakers.
Q – Do I need to register every day?
A – No. You will be given a lanyard with your name and security will be checking you in each time you enter. PLEASE make sure you have the lanyard!!!
Q – If for some reason I am not able to attend and have already paid my registration, can I be reimbursed?
A – Our preference would be that you would donate the funds to sponsor another person or for the funds to be used towards honorariums for the speakers, but if this happens, please send an email to gcofw@mailfence.com and make the request.
Q – Will there be livestreaming during the event?
A – No. We are not going to be livestreaming or recording the event with respect to the request of some of the speakers.
Q – Can I bring my own recording equipment or use my phone to record some of the sessions?
A – No. While we understand that you would like to revisit the messages that are being addressed, we are honoring the requests of some of the speakers and ask that you DO NOT record with equipment or from your phones during the conference. Thank you so much for honoring this request
